Then, during COST’s Southwest/West Regional State Tax Seminar, Jason DeCuir, Bob Adair, and Mary Robinson spoke on “Current Developments in the Southwest/West State”, while Andrew Black and Jason Brown discussed “Navigating the Taxation Landscape for Digital Goods and Services”.
