Advantous’ Bob Adair joined Louisiana Mid-Continent Oil and Gas Association President Tommy Faucheux to testify before the Louisiana House Committee on Natural Resources and Environment. Bob provided the committee with an update and overview of the joint-industry 2025 LA Tax Commission (LTC) Rules and Regulations proposal for carbon capture, utilization, and sequestration (CCUS) property.
