Nathan Hernandez

Nathan Hernandez joined Advantous Consulting in 2025 as a tax intern and was promoted to an Associate in the Sales & Use Tax and Business Incentives practice. Building on five years of service-industry experience that sharpened his client-service mindset and problem-solving abilities, Nathan developed technical expertise in multistate sales & use tax research, detailed refund reviews, and audit defense during his internship—skills he now leverages to help clients navigate complex state and local tax requirements.

Beyond the office, Nathan is an avid runner and outdoor enthusiast who views physical discipline as a cornerstone of professional excellence. He channels the focus, endurance, and diligence practiced on the trail into delivering thoughtful, client-centered tax solutions. Nathan earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University in May 2025, where he was a member of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity and served as Scholarship Chairman.
