Meghann Neel 

Meghann Neel joined Advantous in 2020 as an Operations Manager and transitioned to the External Affairs Team in 2024. With over 20 years of experience in corporate event planning, training, communication, and development, Meghann brings a unique perspective to her role, supporting both the internal and external initiatives of Advantous, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering strong relationships. Meghann excels at process improvement, systems management, and event execution. She also oversees the day-to-day coordination of the team, increasing efficiencies and ensuring seamless executions of the tasks at hand.

Meghann is a Sustaining Member of the Junior League of Baton Rouge, where she led impactful projects, such as bringing Touch A Truck to Baton Rouge, as the 2015-16 Marketing & Promotions Chairman, the 2017-18 Marketing & Communications Vice-President, and most recently the Sustaining Advisor to the Marketing & Communications Council.

Meghann earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from Our Lady of the Lake College in May 2005.
