Meghann Neel 

Meghann Neel joined Advantous Consulting, L.L.C. in 2020 as Operations Manager. Meghann brings over 20 years of experience in corporate event planning, business operations, training, communication, and development, which she leverages toward our team and clients by supporting a variety of organizational and operational initiatives.

In her role, Meghann manages our administrative team, overseeing the execution of a wide range of day to day firm activities related to human resources, event planning, information technology (IT) services, facility operations, billing, and additional strategic staffing and client needs.

Meghann earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Service Administration from Our Lady of the Lake College in May 2005. Meghann is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Baton Rouge, where she serves as the Sustaining Advisor to the Marketing & Communications Council.
