Ryleigh Averett

Ryleigh Averett joined Advantous Consulting in 2025 as an Intern, where she contributes to project delivery and internal operations with a focus on efficiency, collaboration, and client value. Drawing from her academic foundation and diverse leadership experience, she supports service teams in delivering high-impact solutions while gaining hands-on exposure in the consulting field.

Ryleigh is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Accountancy with a minor in Math and General Finance at the University of Mississippi. Known for her adaptability, communication skills, and proactive mindset, she thrives in team-oriented environments and is committed to continuous learning and professional growth. Outside of her internship, Ryleigh is involved on campus and community organizations, where she has built leadership, service, and mentoring experience. She brings energy, professionalism, and a fresh perspective to her work at Advantous, aligning herself with the company’s mission to deliver exceptional results across every engagement.
