Corey Faucheux

As a Senior Manager of Business Development, Corey Faucheux is responsible for driving client growth by fostering strategic relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions. He consistently delivers value by combining tactical insight with disciplined execution.  

Corey is an award-winning economic development executive with more than 30 years of experience guiding complex investment decisions. Before joining Advantous, Corey served as Director of Economic Development for St. Charles Parish (County), where his visionary leadership helped recruit over 130 companies and secure $30 billion in private capital investment. His leadership earned his community national acclaim as a top-performing business market. Throughout his career, he has been recognized as a trusted partner to government officials, industry executives, and community members. He has extensive expertise in structuring and negotiating economic incentives, navigating complex permitting and land-use processes, and modeling fiscal impacts to align business and policy goals.  

Corey holds a B.A. in Economics from Southeastern Louisiana University. Corey, his wife, and two daughters reside in Austin, Texas.
