Amy S. Thibodeaux, MBA

Amy S. Thibodeaux joined the Advantous team in December of 2021. In her role, Amy leads the organization’s External Affairs including Marketing, Business Development and Government Relations. Prior to joining Advantous, Amy spent the prior decade as the President & CEO of the Acadia Parish Chamber of Commerce. Throughout her tenure at the Chamber, she spearheaded numerous activities to grow and foster a healthy economy through community & economic development ushering in over $300m in new investments. She earned a Baccalaureate & Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Throughout her tenure at the Chamber, Amy led numerous initiatives including serving as a founding member of the concert series Greetings from Levy Park, aiding the merger and reorganization of the Crowley Chamber of Commerce & OneAcadia into the Acadia Parish Chamber, and winning Louisiana Chamber of the Year in 2014 & 2018.  She is recognized as a well-respected leader in the business community across Louisiana having served in leadership roles with the Louisiana Industrial Development Executives (LIDEA), Chairman of Louisiana Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (LACCE), an inaugural member of Louisiana Association of Business & Industry’s (LABI) Emerging Leaders Council, Chairman of Acadiana Economic Development Council and a board member of One Acadiana. In addition, she’s been honored with several awards over the years including Acadiana’s Top 20 Under 40 and an Acadiana Women Who Mean Business Award.
